Gigantic Sea-based Missile Defence System in Seattle for repairs. A Radar Globe plopped down on an oil rig platform that can self-propel itself into whatever position is needed. A reportage made by a Washington TV News, while the SBX was arriving at Seattle, on its way to Vigor Shipyard Seattle (formerly Todd Pacific Shipyards), in late May, for maintenance and upgrades. Officially, this vehicle is a self-propelled, mobile radar station, developed by the U.S. Defense Department Ballistic Missile Defense System, to detect missiles. But according to an anonymous article on Presscore website, this platform actually is a huge HAARP device, involved in the 7.0 M earthquake in Haiti, 2010 and in the 9.0 M in Japan, in March 2011. http://presscore.ca/2011/?p=1598 This platform is still docked in Seattle. Coincidence or not, a 7.2 M just hit the Fox Islands and Aleutian Islands, in Alaska, earlier today, approximately 2.680 miles from where the SBX is docked. A test perhaps... The below website is a maritime traffic online real-time tracker and allows keep the eyes on that platform. Just type SBX 1 in the search box. http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/
