Riot Games is introducing a permanent Team Deathmatch mode to Valorant with the 7.0 update on June 27, marking a dramatic shift from the tactical shooter's round-based foundation. This new mode strips away the economy phase and round timers, replacing them with continuous respawns and automatic loadout progression.
