Alright, I think the sitemap is now fixed everything seems to be working with the SEO plugin. It might take up to a week for the sitemap to be indexed by Google and Bing (via IndexNow) and its possible that Google might not index every page, but both search engines are now seeing over a thousand posts and blogs etc i cross my fingers that it fix this issue !!
